Part-Ownership of an International School in North Africa

We are currently part-owners of an international school and we need to move back to our home country to help children transition to university. We are looking for someone or multiple people to take over our shares and continue with what we have established in a small city near the coast. The other percentages are shared among missionaries and local partners.

The school is a fully-functioning international school that is accredited by the UK government. It has an enrollment of over 300 pupils from reception (pre-school) to graduation. Classes are taught in English using the British curriculum. Previous graduates are currently studying in universities worldwide. The school is currently in the process of becoming a Cambridge examination center.

The school’s facilities include ownership of land and one building that is currently used by the primary school. Additionally, there is also ownership of land for the eventual building of a secondary school.
