Job Summary: The FANgineer acts as a game day ambassador for the Hospitality Office and the Athletics department. Performs G.O.L.D. customer service for guests, fans, and department staff. Ensures all game day policies and procedures are upheld. Monitors entry gates. Reviews tickets. Upholds of access control protocols. Serves as an elevator attendant and people movement monitor. Performs all pre, during, and post-game duties associated to suites and clubs (i.e., trash removal, facility monitoring, food & beverage needs, etc.). Serves as the main point of contact for skybox holders and guests during the event. Additional duties as assigned.
Additional Department Summary: FANgineers will work on A-Day and all 7 home football games in Bryant-Denny Stadium skyboxes, suites, and clubs. The dates along with who The University of Alabama will be playing are below.

- August 31 – Western Kentucky
- September 7 – USF
- September 28 – Georgia
- October 12 – South Carolina
- October 26 – Missouri
- November 16 – Mercer
- November 30 – Auburn
Required Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work nights and weekends. Service-first mindset. Friendly. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time.
