Job Summary | The College of Veterinary Medicine seeks candidates for an Administrative Support Associate position to provide administrative and general clerical support including budget monitoring and tracking, expense voucher processing, inventory of departmental equipment, as well as other tasks as assigned. Essential Functions | Serving as office receptionist; receiving telephone calls and visitors; providing information to departmental employees regarding AU policies and procedures; budget monitoring and tracking; processing expense vouchers; departmental equipment inventory; maintaining maintenance and service contracts; ordering supplies; mail distribution; property transfer maintenance; operating standard office equipment. |

Minimum Skills and Abilities | Knowledge of office rules, procedures and operations that require previous training and experience to perform. Occasional and/or light lifting required. Limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc., but none to the point of being disagreeable.
