About the Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven experience of anatomy teaching excellence to develop leadership qualities. This role will involve working closely with the director of anatomy to ensure high quality anatomy education is delivered across the MBBS and associated programmes. Support will also be offered for the successful candidate to complete further educational qualifications.

This individual will work within a dedicated and enthusiastic team to be responsible for the delivery and development of the anatomical education on the MBBS and related courses. In addition this role will lead on a biomedical sciences anatomy module.

The individual will be involved in the delivery of laboratory-based practical classes and the production of supporting teaching materials as well as improvements to the delivery of anatomy practical classes and dissections.

About You

Applicants will have a PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant field. They will have a passion and sustained record of delivering high quality education, with experience of teaching with cadaveric material at undergraduate level.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is full time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment, with an expected start date in summer 2023. The starting salary will be in the range £50,047- £55,805 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
