Arger Fen Warden

We have an exciting opportunity for an Arger Fen Warden to join our motivated West Suffolk
Reserves Team. The Arger Fen Warden is a key member of the team and will support the Sites
Manager to achieve the successful delivery of conservation management at Arger Fen and other
reserves in West Suffolk.

You will be committed to developing and leading a team of volunteers to achieve excellent
conservation management in accordance with the Trust’s conservation objectives. Where
practicable you will be expected to travel to other sites to support colleagues carrying out
seasonal work.

You will ensure accessibility and a welcoming atmosphere at all our reserves. Your friendly and
engaging manner will help ensure all reserve visitors have a fulfilling and enjoyable
experience.

You will be an ambassador for Suffolk Wildlife Trust, seeking opportunities to raise awareness
of the Trust’s work across all your day-to-day activities.

Preferred candidates will be invited for an interview and further discussion about the role.
Interviews to commence w/c 13th March 2023.
