The employee assists Media and Instructional Technology Services (MITS) Manager at the Greensburg Campus in providing MITS support for instructional, University-sponsored events, and classroom technologies. Assists in training and supervising work study student staff.The employee assists MITS Manager, providing a variety of MITS support services during evening and weekend hours; assists MITS manager in repairing and troubleshooting MITS equipment; operates and maintains ITV facility.
Employee must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year experience with MITS operations repair; some computer experience essential; good communication skills; ability to deal with a variety of clients.
