With a focus on stakeholder engagement, this role will utilise your strong communication skills and attention to detail to provide administrative support to the Head of School Arts & Communications, including co-ordinating school meetings, events and activities, collation of agendas/distribution of minutes for course advisory groups, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

A process driven role, we are seeking a flexible approach to accommodate the broad scope and variety of work to keep you interested and engaged.

Reporting to our Administration & Partnerships Manager, the Business Support Officer will primarily provide administrative support that includes

  • Reviewing and updating unit timetabling
  • Monitoring and administering sessional and casual employment contracts
  • Assisting with social media engagements like newsletters and Instagram
  • Monitoring expenditure against budget
  • Preparation of invoices and processing of credit card expenses
  • Assisting with engagement activities like Orientation, Open Day, and End of Year Exhibition

This position is broad and diverse, giving you the opportunity to work collaboratively across the university and develop strong administration and lasting stakeholder engagement skills.
