CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant

$3000 signing bonus for full-time employees!

Shift Differentials:

Evenings (2:30PM to 11:00PM): $3.00 per hour
Nights (11:00PM to 7:00AM): $2.00 per hour
Weekends: $3.00 per hour plus evening & night shift differential if applicable

Full-time employees are eligible for full benefits package with a generous paid time off policy. Part-time employees (24 to 30 hours per week) are eligible for $1500 signing bonus, paid time off, and participation in our 403(b) plan.

All employees receive a free meal during their shift. We offer free housing on site for employees during inclement weather! In addition, we will pay for you to get your Medication Aide certification!

We provide a high level of quality care to our residents which allows a low resident to staff ratio.

Brooks-Howell is a non-profit, faith-based continuing care senior living community. We provide Independent Living, Long and Short-term Skilled, and Respite services. Conveniently located near downtown Asheville, NC, our campus sprawls over almost 10 acres encompassing many nature trails and gardens.
