Aufgaben

• Track performance against financial top-line plans, brand share, and cash flow measures.
• Lead the BPM cycle for Germany with Northern Europe teams.
• Proactively drive commercial teams to understand external influences and trends impacting performance.
• Drive the commercial strategy and performance agenda together with the Country Director Germany
• Develop strategic approaches to annual customer negotiation strategies.
• Support critical initiatives that secure continued value-creating growth for Diageo in Northern Europe.

Profil

• Minimum 5 years of Finance or Commercial Finance experience.
• Fluency in German
• Highly analytical and numerate. Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Business partnering skills, ability to influence senior partners.
• Skilled to drive actions and decisions on the back of financial analysis.
