You will collaborate closely with the Technical Sales and Bid Management Team, as well as regional entities, to meet client and tender requirements, and negotiate contracts to successful completion.You will develop bid strategies with your technical counterparts, analyze contracts, clarify export and tax regulations, perform calculations, and more.How You’ll Make an Impact

• Preparation of budgetary and firm bids in coordination with Technical Sales and bidding teams
• Execution of financial and commercial activities during sales phase, with focus on gross profit, cash flow, and asset optimization
• Risk mitigation and compliance assurance through tender analysis (e.g., currency, security, tax/export regulations)
• Bid structuring aligned with customer and tax requirements; cost transparency and regional coordination
• Negotiation of commercial and consortium contract terms in alignment with Legal, Finance, and other functions
• Contribution to internal approval processes, financial forecasting, and sales reporting in SFDC

What You Bring

• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive experience in commercial bid and sales management for complex industrial projects (e.g., construction, engineering, energy)
• Expertise in bid preparation, contract negotiation, taxation, financing, accounting, reporting, and risk and claim management
• Strong knowledge of financial controlling, IFRS-based management accounting, and digital reporting tools (MS Office, SAP, SFDC)
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to integrate perspectives across hierarchical and virtual international teams
• High resilience, motivation, and curiosity, combined with strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic a plus)
