Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate external and internal job postings; Serve as a Tigerlink powered by Handshake administrator and superuser; Assist students, faculty, staff and employers with Tigerlink, referring to Handshake support team when necessary; Consistently monitor Tigerlink powered by Handshake and approve or decline job, internship and on-campus student employment postings according to department guidelines; Assist alumni with gaining access to Tigerlink by verifying their eligibility using Banner.
Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate career-related event planning and preparation; Help coordinate and host employer panels and round tables, career fairs, networking and other professional in-person and virtual recruiting events; Arrange catering, process registration and vendor payments including invoicing and receipting and requesting and processing refunds when necessary; Compile information and assemble packets of material for specific events; Recruit and coordinate schedules of volunteers to assist with events; Work with Career Services staff to research, create, brand and market new career programming initiatives for students and alumni; Perform various duties as assigned and needed to execute each event.
