Job Description:

Leidos has an opportunity for a Cyber Intelligence Analyst to support the AETC/A2 staff at Randolph AFB, TX. This individual will support the A2O analysis branch, and will conduct all-source analysis to identify, monitor, and assess threats posed by adversary cyber actors against AF and AETC systems. Additionally, the analyst will utilize threat intelligence to identify potential data or malicious actor threats.

Responsibilities:

• Compile reports that identify ways for the organization to pinpoint and prepare for potential threats and provide them to the MAJCOM Communication Coordination Center (MCCC)/ Mission Defense Operations Center (MDOC) as needed

• Monitor intelligence and cyber reports and compile information to brief the MCCC/MDOC and Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) as needed and answer senior leader RFIs as needed

• Serve as the A2 SME and LNO to the MCCC/MDOC when needed

• Assist ongoing and emerging lines of effort within the analysis branch, to include, but not limited to: research and present Current Intelligence Briefings and other briefings as necessary to the AETC commander, staff, and the HQ AETC Crisis Action Team (CAT)

• Build commanders’ Intelligence Read-Books; represent Directorate on AETC Threat Working Group (TWG) and Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection matters

• Develop recommendations in combination with AF OSI/AF Security Forces for the AETC/CC, and provide direct, comprehensive support to include answering RFIs across HQ AETC, 6 NAF/NAF-Es, and more than 30 geographically separated units

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI

• 6+ years of intelligence analysis experience, including two years in cyberspace operations

• Technical degree, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, System Administration, or Cyber Security

• Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence processes and tradecraft

• Ability to write high-quality intelligence assessments and briefings for a senior-level audience

Desired Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or higher in International Relations, Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field

Pay Range:

Pay Range $66,300.00 – $102,000.00 – $137,700.00
