Community Health Network is seeking a full-time Dental Direct to maintain and expand a program of primary and preventative dental care at MyCHN. The ideal candidate will assist with the development of staff and possess a strong desire to deliver outstanding care and education to CHN’s patients and community. Your expertise will be embedded in an integrated care clinic that follows patient-centered medical home (PCMH) guidelines and principles.
As a federally qualified health center (FQHC), Community Health Network provides dental, medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy services within the Freeport, Clute, Angleton, Alvin, Pearland, League City, Galveston, Houston, and Bacliff areas.
