The Director is responsible for overall management of the case management and social services teams at SVMC. Seeking an individual with strong leadership skills and background. This position is a working Director position. Responsibilities include managing, hiring, evaluating, supporting clinical and non-clinical staff in both departments. A self-motivated professional offering continued support to the patients and families we serve. Strong leadership skills required with prior experience in case management and maximizing revenue opportunity.

  • BSN degree in Nursing, nursing administration or related filed and graduation from and accredited school of nursing required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in case management and/or utilization management in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Valid Vermont State Registered Nurse License required.
  • BLS required within 30 days of hire.
