We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and caring Early Education Teacher to inspire a love of learning in young minds and build memorable experiences in our Early Education Programs. Our Early Education programs teach foundational life skills using tools, strategies, and techniques to prepare children for school readiness. Early Education Teachers work up to 25 hours per week between Monday and Friday. Early Education Programs operate between 6:45 am – 6:30 pm. Celebrate the joy of learning with us and apply today!

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour, plus bonuses

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide care for children ages 6 weeks (about 1 and a half months) to 4 years old, such as establishing schedules and routines, grooming, feeding, and changing diapers.
  • Maintain a welcoming, safe, and clean environment which includes cleaning classrooms and equipment and disinfecting toys.
  • Guide children through a research-based curriculum to grow their ability to grasp new concepts, understand increasingly complex information, and prepare for the next level of care or entry into school.
  • Develop respectful and dynamic relationships with families and staff.
  • Distribute snacks following sanitation, USDA, and CCR guidelines
  • Build confidence with a special emphasis on social-emotional development, impulse control, and social skills.
  • Maintain required records relating to the Early Education Program.
  • Responsible for the safety of the children within the Texas Child Care Regulation directives.
  • Enforce safety and security standards for children and visitors.
  • Attend required staff development and team meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Working Conditions:

Regular sitting, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and standing. Must be able to routinely lift 10 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Education and Experience:

    • High School graduate or GED equivalent. Minimum age of 18 years.
    • Related education and/or experience in childhood development
    • Prior experience working with young children preferred
