Employment Support Professional

Our community based Pre-Vocational Program (employment support program), located in Albany, NY has Full-Time, 35-hour, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm Employment Support Professional positions available. The Employment Support Professional rate of pay is $16.00 per hour. Should you be interested – more hours are available. The Employment Support Professional will provide direct support to people participating in the Community Based Pre-vocational program. The Employment Support Professional will teach and assist people to obtain, maintain job readiness and work skills essential to their successful employment. You are not only being paid to teach job skills, but you also get to give back to the community by doing volunteer work with the people we support!

Want to be a WWAARC Employment Support Professional and join our Team? Our Employment Support Professional are required to be 18 years of age and we prefer our Employment Support Professional to have a valid driver’s license, and High School Diploma or equivalent, but these are not required. Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills. Able to communicate clearly & courteously. Must have good organizational skills.
