The Faculty of Information Technology aims to lead global IT research and education. The Opportunity
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a progressive, inclusive and forward- thinking community with innovative mindsets. The position is a business-critical role within the Faculty of Information Technology and provides high level administrative and executive support to the Dean and Deputy Dean as well as other senior managers and colleagues.
This role will see you undertake key support functions to ensure the smooth and professional operation of the office including but not limited to drafting and editing correspondence, papers and reports, facilitating communication and workflow, scheduling meetings, event coordination, providing secretarial support for committees and working groups, managing and screening telephone calls, diary management and liaising with university staff and external bodies.
You will use your experience and skills to operate with excellence in process and judgement to provide sound and timely advice and executive support to clients, staff and other stakeholders.
