Summary of Job Duties:

Provide computer lab assistance to students as well as support with Blackboard, Student Portal, and email.
Maintain testing center computer lab, remain current on assessment processes and certificates as well as administrating appropriate placement and/or programmatic test as needed.
File, sorting, mailing, word processing, copying, folding, answering phone, and other office duties as assigned.
