Embrace Innovation | We lead with cutting-edge digital health technologies.Join us as a Inventory Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end stock and inventory strategy and streamline purchasing processes that ensure patients receive timely and affordable access to medication. You will play a critical role and be instrumental in optimising inventory flow, reducing costs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations.You will report directly to the Financial Director, be part of a team of 4 pharmacy dispersers team.As a Inventory Operations Manager at Evaro, you will:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure on-time delivery and prevent shortages or overstock
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers (11+)
- Ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Track stock data to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable deals
- Maintain accurate inventory systems (digital tools and software)
- Forecast demand and assess product expiry risks (1–3 years shelf life)
- Conduct random audits to ensure physical stock matches the system records
- Manage limited physical space efficiently through stock optimisation strategies
- Collaborate with other teams to adjust forecasts as needed to meet business goals.
