Normal Work Schedule: Flexible; Monday – Sunday 9:00am to 11:00pm

Job Summary: Prepare and prep food orders as they are sent into the kitchen. Will be cross trained on grill, fry, and salad station. Must maintain sanitary requirements and follow food prep guidelines.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Must have flexible school schedule. Maintain high energy and eagerness to learn. Must be physically be able to lift cases of food product. Must be able to stand on their feet for minimum of 6-8 hours. Must be able to handle the high temperature of being in the kitchen.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience.
