Introduction :

Based on the results of this competitive bidding exercise, UNDP South Sudan CO intends to enter into non-exclusive Long Term Agreement(s) (LTAs) with the successful bidder(s) for the provision of an indefinite quantity of the specified products in support of UNDP’s operations. In the event of UNDP signing Long Term Agreement(s), the following shall apply: Purchase order shall be the mode of ordering the specific services required

The successful bidders shall accord the same terms and conditions to any other organisation within the United Nations System that wishes to avail of such terms, after written consent from UNDP.

The expected duration of the LTA is:  Two years with the possibility of extension for up to three years subject to the Supplier’s satisfactory performance and competitiveness of prices.
