Job Summary | The Manager oversees and implements all aspects of environmental contracts related to water supply, water quality, water development and other assigned environmental programs. Monitors contract deliverables, maintains budget projections, and communicates with clients, management and team members on status and issues affecting performance. |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities |

Required Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, business, or relevant discipline from accredited college or university or equivalent with four years of related work experience; and two years management experience; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be substituted as appropriate. |
Preferred Qualifications | Master’s degree in environmental science. Experience with writing grant or contract proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing programmatic and budgetary aspects of grants or contracts. |
Working Conditions | Use of personal computer and standard office equipment. Usual indoor office environment. Travel frequently (i.e., weekly or monthly) for activities such as conducting training, attending meetings or training, supervising the work of others, or other activities requiring travel under normal conditions.Must have own transportation to perform job duties. |
