This position is responsible for the overall strategy, design, and delivery of our technical training programs; determines training objectives, conducts and analysis of training needs, and identifies knowledge gaps for our Internal Service Teams as well as our external Service contractors.Global Technical Training Manager (m/f/d)Your Tasks

• Leading the Global Technical Training organization with professional trainers with global responsibilities in EMEA and North America
• Ensure that our internal and external service partners are optimally prepared with training for the tasks at the customer’s site when it comes to installation, service or maintenance for our product portfolio
• Ensure that trainings ahead of a new Product Launches are executed in time
• Development of a Regional / local training facility strategy together with a Train-the-Trainer competence program
• Talent acquisition and performance management / development
• Reviews training performance
• Budget planning and management

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, information technology or related technical field preferred
• Several years of professional experience in medical technology environment
• Several years of demonstrated success in leading an international team
• Experience in the field of professional training
• Experience in technology training is a plus
• Experience of Dentsply Sirona (or other equivalent dental equipment or consumables manufacturer) products is desirable
• Compelling and clear vision and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong drive to meet timelines, establish clear priorities and hold self and others accountable for results.
• Strategic orientation balanced with a detailed mindset for projects.
• Strong team player & leading skills resulting in the ability to drive cross functional team performance
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills
• Strong organizational & strategic thinking and engagement in corresponding discussions and decisions
• High level of engagement, transparency & accountability
• High level of analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Structured and clear thinker – ability to prioritize a demanding workload through business planning.
• Well-organized and efficient, combined with hands-on mentality
• Understanding and successful leadership capabilities reflecting the different cultural dynamics
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
• Willingness to travel globally appr. 20 %
