Acentria Insurance, a Foundation Risk Partners company, is looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant in our Destin, Fl location.

TheMarketing Administrative Assistant position will provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to senior executives within FRP. This position works closely on a variety of tasks related to making travel arrangements, meeting logistics, creating robust PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external meetings. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, multi-tasking, organization and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly and concisely.

Essential Functions:

  • Works closely with the CEO, COO, regional sales leaders, Sr VP of Marketing and other upper management handling confidential information
  • Plans and schedules meetings, appointments and assists with event logisitics
  • Records minutes at the Executive and Board Meetings
  • Develops robust and dynamic PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Coordinates and facilitates corporate plane scheduling and maintenance
  • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, meal planning and agendas for upper management and guest arrangements
  • Prepares and edits correspondence and reports
  • Completes out of office errands and personal errands for CEO on occasion
  • High level working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include PowerPoint
  • Copies/scans as it relates to job duties above
  • Supervise the front desk team
  • Prepare quarterly employee functions

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 Administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) SharePoint Designer and InfoPath, Adobe Pro with strong technical/computer ability including knowledge of SharePoint Online and Office 365 in insurance agency management software (EPIC)
