Joining at this very exciting time we are looking to appoint a Programme Co-ordinator to play a
pivotal role in directing, organising and controlling project activities and co-ordinating
programme governance and assurance delivered under the Net Zero workstream.
Playing an integral part of the Climate Change and Sustainability Group responsible for
delivering the Council’s Net Zero Action Plan (NZAP) programme, you will support various
workstreams across a range of subject areas including transport, residential and commercial
sectors and through a range of projects of different scale and complexity.
Your broad knowledge to degree level or equivalent and experience of programme management will
ensure that projects are successfully delivered. Highly organised with developed ICT skills,
you will consider your interpersonal skills to be one of your key strengths, enabling you to
engage, build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and to communicate and present
complex information to a variety of audiences.
