We feature all private rooms and bathrooms for our Residents in our 100 year old building that features carpeted halls and rooms with antique wood and stained glass windows.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Check blood sugar and administer insulin
• Administer PRN medication, injections, and nebulizers
• Dressing changes
• Process orders
• Monitor vital signs and change in condition
• Contact Dr’s as needed
• Ensure TMAs and CNAs are carrying out their assigned duties
• Document nursing notes

Job requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study
• Current LPN or RN license in the state of MN
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

This position is 1030P-7A every other Wednesday, every Thursday, every other Friday Saturday, and Sunday.
Sign on Bonus Program:
.6-$3,000
Pay outs start at 30 days from working independently and are paid out in increments over a 12 month period.
Major attendance concerns or major disciplinary action can result in delayed payout timeline.
COVID vaccination primary series or exemption (medical or religious) must be initiated by orientation date per CMS guidelines.
