Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Urgent Care.

Location: Mountain View, CA

Requirements:

• 6 months related clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
• Current California State NP or PA License
• CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
• Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
• Active DEA registration
