We’re expanding fast. We send several lorry loads of kit out the door every day that
will be installed the next day on properties up and down the country, reducing their carbon

We need someone to help ensure the packing, the picking and the deliveries go smoothly and the
shelves are restocked for the next morning so we are ready to start again!

If you’re hard working, organised, good at getting things done, thrive in a fast-paced
environment and don’t mind mucking in doing hard physical labour in the warehouse when it gets
hectic, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

If you like some variety, and prefer not to sit on a chair all day staring at a screen,
this could be for you. The role will be split equally between the warehouse and the office so
you’ll get a good mix of physical and cerebral activity.

In the warehouse you will assist managing inbound stock, ensuring that we have the right things
on the right shelves at the right time, and checking in deliveries to make sure they are what
we are expecting. When it gets busy you will help with outbound orders too, ensuring that kits
are picked and packed correctly and that all the paperwork is in order.

In the office you will work under the Operations Manager, assisting with purchasing and stock
control, liaising with suppliers and couriers, and dealing with customer returns and any
problems that crop up. You may be given a particular focus to assist with operations for our
new department supplying renewable heat products. 

This is a full time role at our premises Rutherglen, Glasgow.

batteries and heat pumps. We’re working to empower a low-carbon future through the products
that we sell.

We are a fast-growing company – founded in 2005 from the spare room of a narrowboat, we’ve
grown through 6 ever-larger warehouses and recently opened a subsidiary in Dublin. Our team of
around 50 staff process around 15,000 orders a year for solar pv systems, battery storage,
electric vehicle chargers and heat pumps. We were proud to be named the UK’s best renewables
distributor in 2020.

and customers. You’re happy to get involved with whatever needs doing, and eager to be part of
helping a small company grow.

Experience in operations, customer service, retail or warehouse work would be an advantage –
but it is far from essential, and recent graduates who want to begin a career in renewables
would be equally welcome to apply. As long as you are hard working, work well on your own
