The Dental Industry Association of Canada (DiAC) is a not-for-profit corporation headquartered in Burlington Ontario. Our vision is to provide a unified voice on behalf of our membership to shape the dental industry in Canada. Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Work-from-home days Reporting to the Board of Directors, this individual will provide strategic leadership, while still managing projects and daily business. This is a part time commitment, on average 20 hours per week, with oversight of the external contractors who assist in the delivery of DiAC’s strategic and operational objectives. Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling and attendance at the office is a benefit. Travel and attendance at dental meetings and conventions is required. Experience in the dental (or other healthcare) industry is preferable as is demonstrated senior strategic leadership in a corporate environment. Understanding of corporate governance, compliance management and reporting, and a solid financial acumen, are just some of the attributes you would bring to this contract in addition to your extensive general management experience.
