Part-time Lab Instructor short-term replacement

The Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh invites applications for up to four part-time, short-term replacements of two weeks in BIOSC 0057 Foundations of Biology Labs Duckweed Survivor in the spring 2024 term for the period of 24 January 2024 through 9 February 2024. This position is outside of the tenure stream. Minimum qualifications are an MS degree in biology or related field with teaching experience; preferred qualifications are experience teaching authentic-research laboratory courses, experience teaching the Duckweed Survivor course, publication of research work in a relevant area, and formal training in teaching.
