JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Supply Chain and Information Systems Department is seeking a graduate student to serve as a research assistant for a project on additive manufacturing and supply chain management. This appointment will be for 10 hours per week at a rate of $25 per hour.

Job Duties

Assist in literature review, data and model development, coding and general research support.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience in mathematical programming, including integer programming is required.  Familiarity with GAMS (Generalized Algebraic Modeling System) and Python are strong positives.  Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.  Additive manufacturing background a plus.
