Description

This position is responsible for administering preparation of the KPI Reports, performance monitoring analysis to prepare the monthly/quarterly/annual KPI monitoring reports to the board.

Job Duties:

  • Administer preparation of the reports for the KPIs reports in each department in coordination with the Business managers.
  • Contribute to KPI automation through setup of data, designing the system automation Requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the KPIs of the organization as well as the departments, ensuring developing of effective KPIs to measure the performance of the organization as well as continuously identifying to management KPIs lags and lack of conformance to benchmark metrics.
  • Administer the measurement tools for the KPIs and ensure input data is accurate and timely.
  • Follow up with the departments on continuous basis to ensure data is complete before producing the KPI report.
  • Monitor Technical KPIs: Monitoring Network and ensure proper escalation to the board any KPIs performance issues and ensure corrective measures are taken.
  • Administer the reporting dashboard to ensure all KPIs results are visually available to the board monthly/daily/weekly
  • Monitor Customer Related KPIs and ensure KPI benchmarks are always met.
  • Monitor Performance, Record, analyze and distribute statistical information related to KPI Performance.
  • Make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement KPIs.
  • Work closely with HR and Planning department to ensure Performance KPIs are being measured and are incorporated in the business processes through the incentive system, org structure, roles ensuring the
  • KPIs are connected toe organizational and divisional objectives and KPIs.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor degree in Telecom Engineering or any related engineering field.

Experience : 4+ Years in Quality Field with minimum 3 Years in Quality Management Field. Preferred experience in ISP Industry Quality Standards and Assurance .

Language:

  • Excellent Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.

Skills :

  • Excellent computer skills and experience using spreadsheet, software tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle complex data analysis and system tools.
  • ITIL & ISO Knowledge and experience.
  • Quality assurance tools audit.
  • Excellent understanding in all Business Operations
  • Experience working with Large Corporation Organization Cultures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and senior management.
  • Good presentation skills for educating internal clients on standards and business procedures.
  • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge for KPI Management and performance tools
  • Ability to handle complex data analysis and system tools.
  • Technical knowledge of appropriate quality engineering related to ISP industry.
  • Performance and KPI Management tools experience.
  • Excellent understanding in all Business Operations
