Physical Requirements Movement typical of desk work such as sitting/bending/typing/twisting. Prolonged exposure to computer screens. Lifting/pushing/pulling objects up to 20lbs.
Shift Monday – Friday, (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).
Weekend and evening work will be required as needed
Job Summary This position is 100% grant funded. The University of Kentucky, College of Social Work – Training Resource Center (TRC) is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Program Coordinator II for the Fostering Success program. The Fostering Success Program Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment of employers to be matched with youth participants. This position will coordinate logistics and supports for employers and act as a conduit between job coaches, youth participants, and employers. This position will work directly with the program sponsor and act as a liaison between Independent Living Coordinators and the UK Fostering Success program. This position will develop and facilitate orientations and trainings for youth and job coaches and be the central point of contact for job coaches. Qualified candidates will possess excellent oral/written communication skills and have experience with group facilitation and working in partnership with various and diverse groups.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Knowledge and experience related to the child welfare system, adult learning principles, and public speaking are necessary for this position
