Reporting to the Child Welfare CR Manager, the Child Welfare Prospect Experience (PX) Specialist is responsible for fostering and sustaining an unparalleled prospect experience across all phases of programmatic journeys. Via an integrated omni-channel approach, the PX Specialist will ensure a prospect experience that is personable, informative, and innovative.
Experience Coordination

  • Stay current with industry best practices associated with innovation in UX journeys
  • Liaise with internal project teams and stakeholders to ensure that gaps in the PX journey addressed in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Execute effective campaigns to drive prospect engagement, retention, and conversion rates
  • Assess experience user metrics and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and lead generation.

Prospect Support

  • Engage with prospects across the entirety of program journeys using multiple channels and tools
  • Provide excellent prospect service at every point of contact
  • Ensure timely and proactive outreach to prospects at all participating institutions
  • Provide relevant program information associated with prospect queries and needs

Process Assessment

  • Collect, track, and analyze prospect feedback and suggest improvements to programmatic leadership
  • Provide ongoing weekly reporting and analytics for overall health of PX journey
  • Engage with site coordinators to receive and communicate feedback associated with prospect engagement

Multi-Channel Content Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy impactful, relevant, and compelling multichannel content.
  • Ensure message consistency associated with programs across all institutions
  • Initiate periodic content reviews to ensure adherence to program criteria

The successful candidate for this position will be knowledgeable about child welfare and have the ability to work collaboratively with multiple and various partners.
