The Kern National Network for Flourishing in Medicine (KNN) is seeking a motivated, collaborative, and professional Partner Development and Relations Manager to support the implementation of a comprehensive national partnership growth strategy. The Program Manager will work independently, under the direction of the KNN National Director for Partnerships and strategy to implement a strategic plan for expanding partnerships aligned with KNN’s 5 national strategies to increase the use of the KNN framework for flourishing as a model guide in medical education and with the work of clinical care teams. The Program Manager will provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program’s goals. Some travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with the KNN National Director for Partnerships and Strategy and Associate Director, refine and implement the KNN’s partnership development and relations strategic plan with the focus of expanding the use of the KNN’s Framework for Flourishing in medical education and with care teams in academic health systems.
  • Oversee the KNN presence at external events including national conferences (KNN exhibition booth, receptions and networking dinners) and ensure high-touch relational follow-up from these events working with other members of the KNN Program Office team (i.e., membership, student network, learning consortium, etc.).
  • Oversee the documentation of partnership relations information in the KNN’s customer service management platform. This includes continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure data integrity, timeliness and relevance to advancing the KNN’s goals.
  • Maintain program timelines including tracking deadlines for program deliverables.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases, and files related to the program.
  • Manage program budget, contribute to the creation of future program budgets.
  • Schedule people and material resources.
  • Collaborate as a team player alongside other members of the KNN Program Office to grow and advance a movement towards flourishing in medicine, including the development of proposal submissions for KNN presentations at national conferences.
  • Contribute at the leadership level across programs.
  • Collaborate annually on the KNN National Conference.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program data for internal and external reporting.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
  • Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program.

Ability to create educational materials and deliver content to a wide variety of participants.

Preferred Schedule:

Hybrid, 80% Virtual, 20% Onsite Milwaukee Campus; Preferred Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00-5:00 pm.

Position Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Required Experience: 6 years’ experience in program management and/or customer service within a complex, high-capacity organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Education: Masters in Education, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Higher Ed Administration, or related field.
Preferred Experience: Higher education and/or healthcare experience preferred.
