Key Responsibilities:

The Project Officer position is responsible for the following:

1.Lead and execute overall the implementation of the project at the community level

2.Provide technical support and inputs to the project team and partners in all stages of project implementation

3.Implement and lead in the delivery of targets while ensuring quality implementation of planned project activities to result the desire project outcome

4.Ensure timely and quality project report and documentation submission;

5.Regularly monitor the project together with other key stakeholders

Adheres to World Vision policies and guidelines, including safeguarding, data privacy, safety and security protocols and WV code of conduct.

Project Planning Process

Supports the project management in the preparation of detailed activity plans of the project team Provides technical support to project team especially the community mobilizers and partners Coordinates, organizes and facilitates orientation and planning with partner communities Facilitates identification of project beneficiaries and feasible schedule of activities

Ensures necessary information and documentation of assessment and planning activities are in place and made available to support over-all operational planning of the project

Quality implementation, reporting and monitoring

Implements project DIP and activity work plans efficiently in coordination with project team members and support teams Implements data privacy protocols necessary for the project in accordance to WV and partnership protocols Ensures necessary preparation and resources for activity implementation are identified, planned and requested for appropriate approval in accordance with procurement, finance process and policies Documents project success stories and lessons learned to accompany the performance reports

Submission of required reports

Project Coordination

Maintains and/or builds strong relationships with key stakeholders especially at the community and LGU levels Works collaboratively with project team members and support teams as needed to ensure quality implementation of project Attends and participates in internal and external meetings and coordination activities Complies with WVDF policies and standards

Performs other tasks as may be relevant to the implementation of programs in her/his assigned areas
