We would like to invite you to participate in the tender Annex-A1, BoQ for Shelters rehabilitations in Al Diwaniyah /  Aghawat  Village for 46 shelters

 

Please find attached EQR and related files which need your action to submit your technical and financial offer (share the price in an Excel file for evaluation purposes).

 

First Step:

• AS We are Planning to Conduct Field Visit to the Site So Please Send an Email expressing Your interest to attend the site visit Before 14^th July to this email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , and You receive Details about the date and time of the Site visit in addition to Needed Documents for the site visit

Second step:

• The deadline for submitting the Offers with all the required Documents will be BY 21 July 2025
• The company has to be able to achieve the work within more or less one month and a half calendar day
• PUI reserve the right to deduct /Cancel any items within the BOQ, prior awarding the contract
• PUI Reserve the Right to Award the work to two companies
• Please sign and stamp all attached documents and fill in the whole requested information (Prices, Delivery Date, total amount, and the validity of the quotation) before the deadline mentioned and submit to the following Email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. • Provide the quotation in USD or the exchange rate for another currency (Iraqi dinar or EURO).

• Identify the payment terms by bank account. Send the bank account details on the official letterhead as mentioned in the EQR.
• Please be sure to mention the Brand and the Origin for the Required materials
• If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask by replying to this email
• Company Registration Certificate
• Pictures /Catalogue of the items when in is relevant
• Tax Clearance
• Previous work experience in the same Field
• National Identification of the Supplier

 

the site Visit is mandatory for accepting the offers
