SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
The consultancy firm will be expected to carry out the following:
1. Evaluation and Diagnostic Review of Existing Ireme Invest Processes
2. Development of Key Strategic Policies and Operationalization
3. Operational Tools and Systems Design
