The purpose of the Compensation & Benefits Advisor position is to contribute to the successful implementation of the Rewards Review deliverables by leading the work on different pay and benefits workstreams and coordinating different intersectional working groups dedicated to them, while closely collaborating with other the IHR leads to ensure consistency across the proposed solutions and alignment with Rewards Review goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate intersectional working groups assigned to design new rewards policies.
- In coordination with the intersectional working groups, develop and document proposals for new policies/solutions on assigned Rewards Review workstreams.
- Coordinate activities related with the preparation for the roll out of changes for specific Rewards Review workstreams, including final documentation of policies and development of the necessary tools, monitoring tools and maintenance processes where needed.
- Support the roll-out of changes related with the Rewards Review workstreams under his/her responsibility, including through communication and training activities.
- As coordinator of the intersectional working groups, liaise with the Global Rewards Platform, to update them on progress on workstreams they are in charge of, request input as needed by the working groups, and/or present final proposals for review and validation.
- Liaise with and advise the IHR Financial Modelling Advisor on information to enable the analysis of the financial impact of proposed new policies/solutions per workstream, and support data collection if relevant.
- Regularly attend weekly IHR and Rewards Review meetings.
- Contribute to other activities necessary to ensure progress of the workstreams and the implementation of the Rewards Review deliverables.
Job requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in an HR technical and/or specialist function related to Compensation & Benefits
- Experience with MSF is necessary
- Knowledge of MSF Compensation and Benefits context and policies is a strong asset
- Good team player
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage groups of stakeholders with different perspectives
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Fluency in English (including excellent writing skills)
- IT literacy
