We are seeking a go-getter to work in a high-profile, fast-paced environment who will be responsible for playing a key function in the arrangements of academic governance meetings ensuring they are managed professionally and efficiently with careful planning, coordination and strong attention to detail.
As the Senior Academic Governance Coordinator, you will have a focus on stakeholder engagement and providing governance and secretariat support to the Academic Board and its academic governance committees by assisting with the coordination and preparation of agendas, work plans and action lists; collection and monitoring papers for academic governance meetings; ensuring governance compliance with academic legislative and regulatory requirements; and preparing minutes.
You will be asked to utilise your well-developed coordination and secretariat expertise and keen eye for detail to provide invaluable support and knowledge to this high-profile area.
