We are looking an exceptional career minded individual to eventually become the Quality Assurance /Privacy Officer of Kindale Developmental Association. You will work beside the current Executive Director and Quality Assurance Officer for the next few years learning all aspects of Kindale’s operations, programs, CARF, Licensing, CLBC and much much more.
Must have a relevant degree in Business/Management and 5 years of experience as a senior leader in a non profit organization.
Proficiency with technology, staff management, Unions, policy development, contract negotiations, communications, project coordination, Boards and governance, Finance.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $56,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
