Site Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing proposals (drawings and Bill of Quantity BOQ) for engineering projects.
Participates in implementations of all civil works at site.
Participating in regular meetings related to his/her work (When required).
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution.
Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis.
Submits site reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required to site engineer.
Submits required daily and weekly reports to Site engineer.
Ensures and monitor that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
Performs other related duties as may be required direct supervisor

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering;
• Minimum three years’ experience in the same position or field.
• Fluency in Arabic .
• Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds;
• Ability to handle confidential matters, meet deadlines and work under pressure;
• Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, and drive for results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to organizational skill.
