Smartmile is a dynamic startup that opens doors to a sustainable world through platform delivery innovations. We are now growing rapidly and are looking to expand our herd to support this growth. You will become a member of our team in Germany.

This position requires a relevant background in business, sales or customer projects, but more importantly we are looking for people with curious and proactive minds, with the right attitude and offer you loads of opportunities to grow professionally.

The core tasks of our Sales employee:

  • Identify potential customers and contact key decision-makers
  • Drive the sales process from start to end – take full ownership of the whole process
  • Build strong relationship with new customers and manage customer accounts
  • Support all commercial aspects of the sales cycle to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and assess market trends and competition
  • Increase overall market awareness of Smartmile in the industry

We are looking for:

  • A team player who enjoys working with international teams
  • Someone with humor, ambition and curiosity to learn
  • Someone who can make decisions independently, shows initiative and can quickly adapt to changing environment
  • Passionate about contacting and meeting people and improving their business with better solutions
  • A well-tuned understanding of commercial models and can think and act commercially smart
  • Great presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot is an advantage


  • Experience in Sales, ideally in a similar environment and B2B
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English

Nice to have:

  • Experience or interest in supporting projects
  • Industry knowledge (Tech and/or Logistics)
  • Passion for sustainability
