Seize the chance to join a Court of Protection team while collaborating with two highly successful teams within the firm, whose lawyers are recognised as top tier leaders in their field.Working for a successful private practice, you will join their Court of Protection team that delivers essential services to vulnerable clients and are recognised for their dedication in improving the quality of life for their clients. Upon joining this busy team, you will take instructions and give legal advice with an opportunity to manage your own caseload and typical responsibilities will include managing a comprehensive array of court of protection matters to include gifts, Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and deputyship services.Applications are welcome from individuals with 1-3 PQE and this is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues and would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop and expand their knowledge and expertise in this area.On offer is an attractive salary package, a supportive team environment and real prospects for promotion, as well as a very good benefits package, to include salary, bonus, pension, healthcare and agile working policy.
