Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of sanitation regulations. Knowledge of food preparation and food storage. Knowledge of kitchen equipment. Knowledge of basic inventory. Ability to assist in the preparation of salad bar. Ability to perform required meal clean-up in kitchen and dining area and maintenance. Ability to operate kitchen equipment. Ability to wash dishes. Ability to lift flour sacks up to 50 pounds. Ability to work effectively with a variety of people.
Typical Experience:
Approximately 1 year remote field camp support experience and sufficient kitchen experience.
PREFERRED: Valid driver license
Required Education or Training:
Serve Safe Certification (or successful completion post hire date)

This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire Toolik Summer Season
