Athletics Video and Photography

The Visual Media Associate is responsible for creating and accenting content for Ohio State athletics social and web platforms. This individual will act as a visual creator, curator and distributor between Ohio State athletics and its support bases. Completed projects will be placed on social outlets such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. as well as full feature packages available for on-demand playback at Position also will assist in live production of events and lead a student staff of social and web interns. This position will be responsible for effectively communicating with multiple areas within the department to best capture and relay news, department highlights, event and ticket promotions, and additional information as assigned. Individual also will be expected to attend various events, capture content and provide real-time updates to fan-based communities. This position is intended for professional development of an applicant with two-plus years of practical experience. This position is focused on furthering knowledge and skills in the field of digital media. This position works in a creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced, and innovation is encouraged.

Additional Information:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
