The Culinary Arts Program requires a relief instructor for short term relief assignments.
The successful candidate will instruct students in all areas of the Professional Cook Training Program, Professional Cook 1 and 2.
The following curriculum will cover:
- Meat, Poultry and Seafood Cookery
- Vegetable and Starch Cookery
- Stock, Soups and Sauce Preparation
- Breakfast Cookery
- Baking and Dessert Preparation
- Cold Kitchen
Journey person certificate, plus a minimum of five years’ full time work experience in a leadership or supervisory role
