Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary | The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for planning and implementing a social media strategy and enhancing our social media marketing efforts. This position will also develop and create solid content to attract the target audience and constantly be thinking out of the box to improve our website and social media presence as well as increase traffic. Leader/mentors/tutors are the heart of our program. They ensure that our children feel welcome and safe through their daily interactions with each child under their care. They have a special opportunity to transform the life of a child while engaging them in a variety of fun, extracurricular activities such as homework help, performing arts, fine arts, digital video media, cooking, and all sports. Our Youth Mentors may also gain valuable experience developing professional skills and program planning experience. Youth Mentors foster a commitment to the youth, as they promote good educational habits, strong interpersonal skills and a sense of empowerment through activities. Our goal is to motivate students to find their own personal and positive path in life. |
