Job Description
The Senior Director of International Growth Marketing will play a pivotal role in supporting SmartRecruiters’ expansion efforts by leading strategic marketing campaigns across various regions; EMEA North, EMEA South, DACH, and APAC. This individual will collaborate closely with regional leaders to drive growth, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility.
Reporting directly to the VP of Global Performance Marketing, the successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a track record of driving results in international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional RVPs to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aimed at driving expansion and growth in target markets.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Utilize team KPIs, OKRs, and regional growth rates to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Employ advanced data analysis techniques to analyze marketing data, reverse engineer predictive models, and forecast more responsibly.
- Partner with insights analysts to extract actionable insights from data and inform marketing strategies.
- Expand channel mix and advertising programs by region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI targets.
- Support customer marketing initiatives, partnerships/alliances, and product marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
- Actively participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on goals and drive transparent communications.
- Implement processes to improve team efficiency and streamline operations, driving greater effectiveness in campaign execution.
- Manage regional budgets and allocations, ensuring prudent resource utilization and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Travel periodically to APAC, EMEA, France, Germany, and the USA to engage with regional teams, oversee marketing initiatives, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in international marketing, with a focus on driving growth and expansion in diverse markets.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of team KPIs, OKRs, and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Experience in employing predictive modeling and forecasting to inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving impact in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel periodically and work across multiple time zones as necessary.
- Experience in HR-Tech or related industries in B2B SaaS is a plus.
