About the Role
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and assisting students in their academic journey? Join our StudentHQ team at Swinburne University as a Student HQ Administrator! In this role, you will be the main point of contact for all student enquiries, handling a wide range of tasks from cashiering to student lifecycle assistance. Your dedication to detail and outstanding customer service will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our students and staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day general student and stakeholder enquiries, either face-to-face, or via phone, live chat, and email. Acting in a key operational position within the StudentHQ team, you will provide support and guidance to the administrators of the department, working closely with their Team Leader, ensuring a student centric approach to providing customer service.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- General knowledge and experience of tertiary sector operating procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external people, and maintain confidentiality.
- Sound knowledge of a range of computer software applications and experience in the maintenance of electronic data and manual records systems.
Qualifications
- Completion of an associated diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
